RETURN POLICY
At Kaladhwani Arts Foundation, we take pride in offering handmade products and curated art workshops. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Workshops & Courses
- All workshop/course fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once registration is confirmed.
- In case of any technical issues from our side, appropriate support or alternative access will be provided.
- If a workshop is canceled by us, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.
2. Handmade Products (Sarees, Artwork, etc.)
- Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in color, design, or pattern are natural and not considered defects.
- Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
3. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original packaging and tags must be intact
- Proof of damage (photos/videos) must be provided
4. Refund Process
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
5. Replacement Policy
- If the product is damaged or incorrect, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund (subject to availability)
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Workshop/course enrollments
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
7. Shipping Charges
- Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the issue is from our side
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
