We currently offer shipping services across India. We strive to deliver our handmade products to both urban and rural locations through trusted logistics partners.

International shipping may be available on request.

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 working days after successful payment confirmation
  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays

In case of high demand, handmade production timelines, or special circumstances, processing time may be extended. Customers will be informed accordingly.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 3–6 working days
  • Non-Metro / Semi-Urban Areas: 4–8 working days
  • Remote Locations: 5–10 working days

These timelines are approximate and may vary due to logistics delays or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Product size and weight
  • Order quantity

The final shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp/SMS. You can use this to track your shipment where applicable.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order is received damaged or incomplete:
