RETURN POLICY

At KalaDhwani Arts Foundation, customer satisfaction and authenticity of our handmade products and workshops are our priority. This policy outlines the conditions for returns, replacements, and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
  • The request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with packaging
  • Valid proof (images/videos) is provided to support the request

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Handmade products with minor variations in color/design (natural in art)
  • Workshop/course registrations (non-refundable once enrolled)
  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or tampering
  • Items returned without original packaging

3. Return Process

To initiate a return or replacement:

Once approved, we will guide you with return or pickup instructions.

4. Replacement / Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the product:

  • A replacement or refund will be processed based on availability and issue
  • Approved refunds will be credited within 5–7 working days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.

5. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear images of the product and packaging

We will ensure a quick resolution.

6. Workshops & Cancellation Policy

  • Workshop fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once booked
  • If a workshop is canceled by KalaDhwani, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered
  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped or processed
